Llandudno Fireworks 2026: where to stay and watch

Llandudno's free fireworks display is on North Shore Beach on Tuesday 27 October, starting at 7pm. Stay with us at GOAT House and you're a short walk from the promenade, so you can watch the show and be back at the hotel straight afterwards.

Where to stay for the Llandudno fireworks

GOAT House is a family-run hotel on Deganwy Avenue, in the centre of Llandudno and a short walk from the promenade. On fireworks night there's no need to drive: walk down to North Shore for 7pm and you'll be back at the hotel soon after the display ends.

Every room has a tea and coffee tray, and breakfast is home-cooked each morning, so the night after the fireworks starts with a proper breakfast before you head home or carry on exploring. Book direct on our website or ring us, and we'll tell you which rooms are free on the 27th.

Where to watch

The display is on the beach itself, so the North Shore promenade is the place to stand. It draws thousands of people, so get there before 7pm if you want a spot by the railings. Sparklers and fireworks of your own aren't allowed in the event area.

Getting to the display from the hotel

Walk down from Deganwy Avenue towards the seafront and you'll reach the promenade in a few minutes. Walking saves looking for a parking space near the beach with thousands of other people, and the walk back is just as quick once the last rocket has gone up.

If the weather turns

The display depends on the tide as well as the weather, which is why the dates and times are set well in advance. If it can't go ahead on the Tuesday, it moves to Wednesday 28 October at 7pm. Llandudno Town Council runs the display and posts any changes on its fireworks page.
