Conwy Christmas Market 2026: where to stay
Conwy @ Christmas fills heated marquees on Conwy Quay for four days in November, right below the castle walls. It's free to get in and open 10am to 5pm each day. GOAT House is in Llandudno, about four miles away, so you can spend the day in Conwy and come back to a warm room and a cooked breakfast the next morning.

What's at the market
The stalls are inside heated, carpeted marquees strung with fairy lights, set out along the harbour. Makers and small traders from around the UK sell handmade gifts: ceramics, art and photography, silver jewellery and accessories, with fudge, patisserie, cider and spirits for the food and drink side. There's live music too.
Because it's all under cover, a wet November day won't stop it. Wrap up anyway for the walk along the quay.
Where to stay for the Conwy Christmas market
Llandudno is the next town along the coast from Conwy, with the promenade, the pier and plenty of places to eat in the evening. GOAT House is a family-run hotel on Deganwy Avenue, in the centre of town.
Every room has a tea and coffee tray, and breakfast is cooked to order each morning and included in the price. Book direct on our website or ring us, and we'll tell you which rooms are free that week. We're adults only, and we have seven parking spaces, one for each room.
Getting to Conwy from the hotel
It's about four miles from the hotel to Conwy, a short drive through Deganwy. If you'd rather leave the car with us, trains run from Llandudno to Conwy with a change at Llandudno Junction, and Conwy station is a few minutes' walk from the quay. Car parks in Conwy can fill on a busy market Saturday, so the train is worth thinking about at the weekend.
